I have found a lump. How urgently should I be seen?
Have it checked rather than waiting to see if it goes away. Most breast lumps are not cancer, but the only way to know is to have it examined. Message or call us and we will arrange an appointment.
What happens at a breast check?
The doctor asks about what you have noticed and how long it has been there, then examines both breasts and the armpits. If a scan or a sample would help, it is arranged from there. Nothing is done without explaining it to you first.
Do you do mammograms?
We assess breasts clinically and by ultrasound scan here. If you need a mammogram or a specialist service we do not provide, we will tell you plainly and help you arrange it.
