Medical Laboratory in Cape Coast

No trekking across town for a blood test. Our on-site lab runs the checks your doctor needs — right here, right after your consultation — so you get answers the same day, not next week.

What we test for

The diagnostics behind every diagnosis

Every department at Oak Tree leans on this lab. A fertility work-up needs bloodwork. An antenatal visit needs it. So does a pre-surgery clearance, a diabetes check, or a fever that won't go down. Our microscope reads malaria and parasite slides, our analyser handles blood chemistry and HbA1c, and we run COVID-19 antigen tests on-site — so your results come from one visit, not three.

  • Malaria & parasite screening
  • Full blood count & blood chemistry
  • HbA1c for diabetes monitoring
  • COVID-19 antigen testing
  • Pregnancy & antenatal bloodwork
  • Pre-surgery & fertility work-ups
